Sir, I studied brown migrations over many years and I have been extremely lucky in having a free run of a very lightly fished small stream near my home which also contains winter salmon and seatrout. The migrations that I have had the opportunity to study are where brown trout go during high water(floods) those trout who live in tidal conditions and of course where they go during spawning. The areas where brown trout go to feed during floods in different rivers is very interesting, as is the way they return to their original position. I have also spent a great deal of time also studying salmon and seatrout, both before durng nad after spawning. These studies tool place alongside my fishing career a timespan of forty years. I came across your site while sirfing the web and I must say it's very interesting. If perhaps you would like to discuss any aspect or compare notes than I would be delighted to discuss this subject with you......As an afterthought have you ever considered writing a book or a series of magizines on the subject of brown trout migrations as it seems to me to b e a subject that has rarely been cocered to my knowledge. Yours sincerely, Tim
