Yumm

Rotisserie Chicken

1 Chicken
Marinade 3-4 hours:
- Orange juice
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Put on spit and roast for 60-90 minutes until 170 internal temp
Rest 20 minutes before cutting
