Use 6/0 yellow or light cahill thread. Tie in the wings first, triming the butts. Next, tie in the tail, this is zelon in &#8220;mayfly brown&#8221; color. Trim the tail material to fill in the space to the wing butts. This gives a smooth, evenly tapered underbody.</p>
