<p>This <a href="http://www.boston.com/news/local/breaking_news/2009/01/hungry_seal_hit.html">enterprising seal</a> decided that catching fish in a barrel beats the alternative. She waddled 2 miles overland to the fish hatchery and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat special. I hope she checked for adipose fins. Now this is a guilty look:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PBS aired a report Friday called Trout and Drought.  This report examines the relationship between global warming and the Montana trout fisheries.  I thought the report was informative, featuring interviews with fly fishing guides, farmers, and politicians.</p>
<p>A couple of key points:</p>
<ul>
<li>A longer summer drought increases water temperatures, which we know is not good for trout</li>
<li>Trout fishing brings $300 million to the Montana economy. Agriculture $2.4 billion. This answers one of my frustrations, water management that optimizes for agriculture.</li>
